They are a franchise with 8 locations in California, if you happen to live near one, go in to test several of their products or have your own olive oil and/or vinegar tasting party.
To save expense, the most fun is to bring a couple of your own small lidded bottles to pour your favorite products into. They have many “on-tap” to enjoy a variety to bring home. If not, buy some online, and learn about olive oil, in general, on their website. It's interesting and informative.
