Orange blossom honey

If you’ve ever had the opportunity to stand among the blooming trees of an orange orchard, you’ll never forget it! What a fragrance! Now, imagine a honey made only from the blossoms of orange trees. Inhale its sweet flowery bouquet...

...with a delicate and heavenly subtle flavor. Much softer in fragrance, than the actual orange blossoms. It’s pale gold in color and has a soft finish. I found some at Whole Foods. Use it like you would your regular honey, but, it's especially good when it doesn't compete with other very strong flavors. Used on something like herb biscuits and butter, warning, it can be completely addictive!
